Well sweetie, there is a packet insert that takes the place of the doctors teeeny brain. You take it every day at the same time for 28 days and start over when youre done. Its the same as all oral BCP. Set an alarm. Dont forget. If it is low dose, missing the pill within just a few hours too late can cause you to ovulate which means possibility of little you running around. not good.

My doctor told me to start it on sunday. Which im starting it tomorrow. And you have to take it at the same time of the day everyday. good luck!
You are supposed to take it the first Sunday AFTER your menstrual (sp?) cycle. So if you are on your period on say this Sunday, then you will start your pill NEXT Sunday. The reason for this: to regulate your cycles with the hormones.(pills).Hope this helps!
You have the option of either starting the pills the day you get your period, or the Sunday immediately after you start your period. If you period starts on a Sunday, you start the pills that same day. Read the insert that came with the pills, it should explain all of this to you.
