im 15 and had that size when i was your age.same when i was 14 but then all the sudden BAM i grew..you will too lol. and the pain, usually your boobs get sore around your time of the month or when they are growing, and if you dont have your period yet it simply mean they have taken a break just like growing taller..grow a little, stop, grow a little, stop

Boobs continue to grow until you're 18 - when they will stabilize for awhile. You have a few years yet for them to grow. :)
I wore a 32AA at your age, and I'm now a 36B. Don't worry. Plus, IMHO, big **** just get in the way.
