If you find a lump and it moves around it is likely normal breast tissue. If the lump does not move it may be cancer. You should have an OB/GYN check it out. Don't panic, you sound young and are probably fine but breast cancer is starting to affect more and more young women. A breast exam takes just a couple minutes. Please call your doctor.
If you feel something inside that's not normally there, go get checked. It may be a sign of cancer or a tumor of some kind. If there's a bunch of tiny feeling things it might just be part of your milk ducts, but to be sure go get a mamagram or checkup with your doctor. It's better to go find out it's nothing, instead of not going in and making something worse. Good luck!
